• Control room: Equipped with a fully automatic control system, the control room serves as the front support point of the whole station during operation. No need to disassemble any control circuits during transportation.


• Aggregate batching measurement: Located at the rear end of the station, this system includes an aggregate storage hopper with 2 or 4 grids. The heightening plate increases storage capacity, and the aggregate measurement is done cumulatively.


• Belt conveyor frame: Connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant.


• Peripheral components: Includes a cement silo and screw conveyor, which can be transported and disassembled as a whole.


• Mixing machine: Utilizes the JS type forced mixer, ensuring quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
