4. Packaging Machine
We offer both open pockets and valve pockets options for packaging. The valve pocket packing machine is particularly favored for putty powder due to its seamless operation, requiring only one person. The open pocket packing scale, capable of packaging multiple materials, does need a seam post-bagging. Though offering a slightly lower benzene formation, it requires an additional operator and has a somewhat reduced packaging speed compared to the valve pocket packing machine.
5. Dust Collector
Essential for the recovery of dust within the dry powder mortar production line, our dust collector significantly enhances environmental protection. Typically positioned at the top of the cement silo and material conveying ports, it ensures a cleaner, more sustainable production environment.
