Main Features:

You can drag and move the entire plant, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin. Plus, you don't need to remove the control cables if you fold the walking platform and heightening plate. It's equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.

- Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use temporarily, you can maintain its transportation state during transfer transportation.
Structure Composition:
- Main engine chassis: Our mixing plant features a cantilever-shaped main engine chassis with a traction pin and parking leg for the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis. It also includes a patrol walking platform and railing for easy access.
- Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. When being transported, it can be stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and includes an aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame acts as a truss structural member connecting the main engine chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features a belt frame inside and integrates with the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: Our plant includes a cement silo and screw conveyor, which are integral components during operation or transportation. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole, without the need for separate disassembly.
- Mixing machine: We use the JS type forced mixer, known for its quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
