Product Description

The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is a versatile solution for construction projects. It is available in two types: traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis includes complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.

Main Features

1. Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: The entire mixing plant can be dragged and moved, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing the control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.


2. Easy installation: If the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day. This feature is particularly beneficial for units with tight construction schedules.


3. Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.

Structure Composition

1. Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis has a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis. Additionally, it is equipped with a patrol walking platform and railing.


2. Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and features a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the support space without the need for disassembling control circuits.


3. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the mobile mixing plant. The upper part consists of the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 grids. An heightening plate is included to increase the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.


4. Belt conveyor frame: The frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It contains a belt frame and integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.


5. Peripheral components: The cement silo and screw conveyor are integral components that do not require disassembly during operation or transportation. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole.


6. Mixing machine: The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant generally utilizes a JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
