Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, manufactured by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis includes complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. Except for the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of the whole plant can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h for the trailer.
Installation is hassle-free if the ground is flat and solid, as there is no need for a foundation. Production can start on the same day, making it ideal for units with tight construction periods.
The structure composition of the plant includes the main engine chassis, control room, aggregate batching measurement system, belt conveyor frame, peripheral components, and mixing machine. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, houses a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the support space without the need for disassembling any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is situated at the rear end of the plant, with a storage hopper for sand and stone. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate increases the storage capacity. Aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features an integrated main frame, belt frame, and batching frame, forming the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
Additional peripheral components include a cement silo and screw conveyor, which can be transported and disassembled as a whole without the need for disassembly during operation or transportation.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is a JS type forced mixer, capable of quickly and evenly mixing fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
