Our mixer is equipped with a forced mixing type of turbine blade, ensuring efficient and thorough mixing. The rotating water and steam adding device is designed to add water and steam precisely, resulting in a uniform mixture.
With a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa, water is evenly sprayed into the material through an electromagnetic valve. The water flow is accurately measured by a quantitative water meter or water scale. Additionally, high-temperature steam is introduced into the mixture through a high-temperature electromagnetic valve. The rotation of multiple sets of blades in the mixing drum ensures the material is mixed forcefully into a consistent blend.
