The front end can be dragged and moved, and with the folding walking platform and heightening plate, you don't even need to remove the control cables. Plus, the mobile mixing plant comes equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing you to reach a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
Installation is a breeze! If the ground is flat and solid, there's no need for a foundation. You can start production on the same day, making it perfect for projects with tight construction schedules. And when the equipment is not in use temporarily, you can maintain the transportation state during transfer transportation.
Let's talk about the structure composition. The main engine chassis is designed in a cantilever shape, containing the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis. You'll also find a patrol walking platform and railing for added convenience.
The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. It functions just like the control system of a fixed mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. And during transfer transportation, it can be stowed in the space in the support without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is situated at the rear end of the station, with the upper part serving as the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is included to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame, a truss structural member, connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features a belt frame inside and integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
Additional components include the cement silo and screw conveyor, which can be transported and disassembled as a whole without the need for disassembly.
