Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
With quick disassembly and convenient movement, the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant can be easily transferred. The front end of the plant can be dragged and moved, and with the folding of the walking platform and heightening plate, all control cables do not need to be removed. The installation process is simple, as there is no need for a foundation if the ground is flat and solid. This makes it ideal for units with tight construction periods.
The structure composition of the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant includes a main engine chassis, control room, aggregate batching measurement system, belt conveyor frame, peripheral components, and a mixing machine. The control room is equipped with a fully automatic control system, and during transfer transportation, it is stowed in the space in the support without the need for disassembling control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the plant and features a storage hopper with the option of 2 or 4 grids. An heightening plate is included to increase the storage capacity, and the aggregate measurement is done using a cumulative measurement method. The belt conveyor frame connects the main chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
