Operational Principle

This mixer utilizes a forced mixing type of turbine blade, ensuring efficient and thorough mixing of materials.

Rotating Water and Steam Adding Device

The mixer features a rotating water and steam adding device. Water, with a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa, is evenly sprayed into the material through an electromagnetic valve. The water quantity is accurately measured using a quantitative water meter or water scale. Additionally, high-temperature steam is introduced into the mixture through a high-temperature electromagnetic valve. The rotation of multiple sets of blades in the mixing drum ensures the materials are mixed uniformly.
