Structure Composition:

Plus, we've added a measuring scale for mixer, cement, and water admixture, as well as a patrol walking platform and railing for your convenience.
- Control room: Our control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system. It serves as the front support point of the whole station during operation and can be stowed away during transportation without the need for disassembling any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the rear end of the whole station and includes an aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with an added heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs for smooth operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: Our truss structural member connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant. It's sturdy and reliable!
- Peripheral components: We've included a cement silo and screw conveyor as integral components that don't require disassembly during operation or transportation. It's all about efficiency!
