Main Features
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: The front end of the entire mixing plant can be dragged and moved, making it easy to transport. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
- Easy installation: With a flat and solid ground, there is no need for a foundation. You can start production on the same day, making it ideal for projects with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.
Structure Composition
- Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis. Patrol walking platform and railing are attached around for easy access.
- Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system. It serves as the front support point of the entire station during operation and can be stowed in the space in the support during transfer transportation. No need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the rear end of the station and includes the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It includes a belt frame and forms the main structure of the mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: The plant includes a cement silo and screw conveyor, which are integral components during operation or transportation without the need for disassembly. They can be transported and assembled as a whole.
