The Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant, manufactured by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is a versatile and efficient solution for on-site concrete production. It is available in two variants: traction type and trailer type.
With the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin, the entire front end of the mixing plant can be easily dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
If the ground is flat and solid, no foundation is required, enabling production to commence on the same day. This makes it ideal for projects with tight construction schedules.
During temporary non-usage, the equipment can be stored in its transportation state, simplifying future deployment.
The mixing main engine chassis is designed in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis. Additionally, a patrol walking platform and railing are attached around it.
The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system. It serves as the front support point of the entire station during operation and can be stowed in the support space during transfer transportation. No disassembly of control circuits is required.
This system is situated at the rear end of the station and features an aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with an added heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative method, and a walking rear axle and frame legs are present during operation.
The frame acts as a truss structural member connecting the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It houses a belt frame and integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the primary structure of the mobile mixing plant.
The peripheral components include a cement silo and screw conveyor, which can be transported and disassembled as a whole without requiring any disassembly during operation or transportation.
