Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
During transfer, the front end of the whole mixing plant can be dragged and moved, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing the control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
If the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation during installation, making it suitable for units with tight construction periods.
The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, features a fully automatic control system. It serves as the front support point of the whole station during operation and can be stowed in the support space during transfer transportation without disassembling the control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the station and includes a storage hopper for sand and stone. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. Aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the system is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It integrates the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame to form the main structure of the mobile mixing plant.
The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, are integral components that do not require disassembly during operation or transportation. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
The mixing machine used is the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
