Structure Composition:
- Main engine chassis: Our mixing main engine chassis features a cantilever shape, containing the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis. Additionally, we've attached a patrol walking platform and railing for easy access.
- Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, our control room is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant, with the upper part serving as the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is included to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: Our truss structural member connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, with a belt frame inside. The integration of the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame forms the main structure of our mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: We provide a cement silo and screw conveyor as integral components that can be transported and assembled as a whole, without the need for disassembly.
- Mixing machine: Our mobile mixing plant is equipped with a JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
