Audited Supplier Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h.
During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day. This makes it highly suitable for units with tight construction periods. Additionally, the equipment can be easily disassembled and moved, with the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, features a fully automatic control system and serves as the front support point of the whole station during operation. All control circuits remain intact during transfer transportation.
The aggregate batching measurement system is positioned at the rear end of the station, with the upper part serving as the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is included to increase storage capacity. Aggregate measurement is done using a cumulative measurement method, with a walking rear axle and frame legs for stability during operation.
The belt conveyor frame, which is a truss structural member, connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It integrates the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, are integral components that do not require disassembly during operation or transportation.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is the JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix both fluidity and dry and hard concrete.
