This counter current mixer is designed for efficiently mixing glass raw materials and multiple components of raw materials to meet the high-precision requirements of automated production lines in the glass industry. This mixer utilizes a forced mixing type of turbine blade, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of materials.
The mixer features a rotating water and steam adding device. Water is added with a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa and evenly sprayed into the material through an electromagnetic valve. The water flow is accurately measured by a quantitative water meter or water scale. Additionally, high temperature steam is introduced into the mixture through a high-temperature electromagnetic valve. The rotation of multiple sets of blades in the mixing drum forcibly mixes the materials into a uniform mixture.
