Structure Composition
- Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis is designed in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. - Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During operation, it serves as the front support point of the entire station. When being transported, the control room can be stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and includes the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs for stability.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame connects the main engine chassis and the aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the plant. It features a truss structural member and an integrated belt frame.
