The spiral arrangement of the internal blades prevents the mixture from stacking, resulting in a large heating area, fast temperature rise, and high efficiency.

Our mixer features a bottom discharge type automatic lifting feeding system, making it convenient and labor-saving. Additionally, it is equipped with a dust removal mechanism, promoting energy conservation and environmental protection.

The generator set consists of a high-speed diesel engine with direct injection and swirl combustion chambers, ensuring reliable performance. It can drive not only the whole machine but also electric tools related to operation, such as electric crushing pickaxes, road surface hair dryers, and road surface heaters.

With a two-level rubber damping mechanism, the generator set frame remains stable during operation, unaffected by the running vibration of the diesel engine. The electric control system is reliable, minimizing machine failures and ensuring high efficiency and a long service life.

Our new design incorporates AI artificial intelligence control with automatic tuning (AT) function, allowing operators to easily observe and modify relevant data for a user-friendly experience.

Choose from three convenient operation modes:

1. Vehicle mounted: Lift the complete machine onto a truck without the need for any modifications. After the operation, simply lift it off, and the truck can resume other tasks as usual.


2. Drag type: Drag the tripod rotary table with the traction machine and operate it using the air brake of the rear axle.


3. Fixed type: Install the whole machine on a built platform for heating and mixing.
