Main Features
- Quick Disassembly and Convenient Movement: With the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin, the entire front end of our mixing plant can be easily dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without the need to remove any control cables. Plus, our mobile mixing plant comes equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
- Easy Installation: If you have a flat and solid ground, there's no need for a foundation. You can start production on the same day, making it ideal for projects with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient Storage: When the equipment is not in use, it can be maintained in its transportation state, ensuring easy transfer and storage.
Structure Composition
- Main Engine Chassis: Our mixing plant features a cantilever-shaped main engine chassis with a traction pin and parking leg for trailer trucks. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing.
- Control Room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. When being transported, it can be stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate Batching Measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the mixing plant and includes an aggregate storage hopper for sand and stone. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt Conveyor Frame: The truss structural member connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, with a belt frame inside. The integration of the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame forms the sturdy structure of our mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral Components: Our mixing plant also includes a cement silo and screw conveyor, which can be transported and disassembled as a whole without the need for separate disassembly.
- Mixing Machine: The Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant utilizes a JS type forced mixer, ensuring quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
