Structure Composition
- Main Engine Chassis: The mixing main engine chassis features a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. It also houses the measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture, as well as a patrol walking platform and railing for added convenience.
- Control Room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During operation, it serves as the front support point of the entire station. When being transported, the control room can be stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate Batching Measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and features an aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt Conveyor Frame: The truss structural member connects the main engine chassis and the aggregate batching frame. Inside, there is a belt frame that integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral Components: The Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant also includes a cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transportation, making them easy to transport and assemble as a whole.
